Die netten Leute von Harmonix gaben bekannt, dass der Rock Band 3-Katalog am 21. Juni um jeweils drei Songs von Maroon 5 und Puddle of Mudd erweitert wird. Das DLC ist für Xbox 360, Wii und PlayStation 3 erhältlich (in Europa erscheinen die Tracks für die PS3 erst am 22. Juni).
Wie gewohnt bietet das Rock Band 3 DLC Unterstützung für Fünf-Knopf-Gitarre und –Bass, Schlagzeug, plus Pro Drums, Pro Keys und Harmoniegesang. Ausgewählte Tracks bieten außerdem Pro Guitar Pro Bass Upgrades (zusätzlich $0.99 für den Download des Upgrades). Die Songs werden als „Maroon 5 Pack 02“, „Puddle of Mudd Pack 01“ sowie einzeln erhältlich sein (Songs mit einem * bieten die Pro Guitar/Pro bass Upgradeoption).
