Gamer reagieren auf Microsofts Anschlag auf die Konsumentenrechte
Microsoft erklärte gestern endlich ausführlich und genauer, wie es sich bei der Xbox One mit gebrauchten Spielen und Online-Beschränkungen verhält. Und die Nachrichten sind alles andere als erfreulich für alle, die etwas auf Konsumentenrechte halten. Mit dem neuen System wird Microsoft den letzten Schritt tun und die Spieler endgültig um ihre Eigentümerrechte bringen und so jeden Moment ihrer Erfahrung mit der Konsole kontrollieren. Man muss sich alle 24 Stunden zumindest einmal melden, als wäre man ein knurrendes Schoßhündchen, die Möglichkeit, Siele zu verleihen und auszuborgen, wird stark eingeschränkt, und man bemüht sich ziemlich effektiv, das Eigentum an Gütern zu behalten, nachdem man sie verkauft hat – kurz: die Xbox One ist das Traumprodukt eines jeden Unternehmens, dass jedem Normalverbraucher den Finger zeigt.
Die treuesten Fans der Marke Xbox, diejenigen, die auf Major Nelsons Blog posten, waren unter den ersten, die auf die gestrigen Nachrichten reagierten – und sogar unter diesen eingefleischten Fans waren die Reaktionen nicht erfreulich. Gamer aus aller Welt sind erbost über Microsofts Publisher-freundliche, konsumentenverachtende Richtlinien und Nutzungsbedingungen; nur sehr wenige bringen den Mut auf, das Unternehmen zu verteidigen.

Essentially, they sell you a expensive box that allows you to play the games you "licensed" but not own, a box that needs MS to run or do anything, Forces you to use their service for a yearly or monthly fee, to get the most features out of the box, without the sales or prices of Steam on PC, and unlike steam, wont allow you to play offline for longer than 24 hours.
