343 Industries zufolge bestand das Ziel bei der Schaffung der Achievements für Halo 4 darin, das Erreichen von Meilensteinen zu belohnen und den Wiederspielwert zu erhöhen und zugleich die Schwierigkeit und die breite Auffächerung der Spielmodi auszubalancieren. Außerdem wollte man Halos Tradition fortsetzen, verrückte Namen für die Achievements zu erfinden.
Zum Glück scheint man bei 343 Industries darauf verzichtet zu haben, sich bei den Achievements von Halo 4 allzu stark auf den Multiplayer zu konzentrieren. Ich bin kein Freund der Multiplayer-Achievements, den sie führen dazu, dass manche Matches unzählige Leute immer wieder dasselbe tun, nur um ein bestimmtes Achievement freizuschalten.
